What information do I need to provide to have my I-20 sent by DHL?
Please make sure to include your full mailing address when you apply online, including your postal code. (Please note- not all countries use postal codes. If you do not have one, it is okay.) Also include your telephone number, as DHL requires this for all shipments.
How much do I pay for DHL?
The cost for DHL may be bewteen $70 and $90. Do NOT send money
for DHL now.
When do I pay?
Do not mail or wire transfer money for DHL to our office. You will
be expected to pay us when you arrive in the United States. If you
request a tuition refund at a later date, we will deduct the DHL
cost from your tuition payment.
How long does it take to receive DHL mail?
Usually 2-3 working days. Most major cities require 2-3 working
days, though delivery to other cities may take 3-4 working days.
Where and when can I find the DHL tracking number?
For 1-20 packages, the DHL tracking number will be in our Admission Tracking Site a few hours after mailing the package.
