Located on the Southeast corner of the SJSU campus, Campus Village is the gateway to the incredible academic resources of SJSU and the excitement of downtown San José. Campus Village offers spacious double or single rooms in student apartments to allow you to study, relax, and make new friends.
The Campus Village Apartments are designed for upper division and international students who seek a more private, independent-living environment. A new building that stretches to 15 stories at its highest point, the Apartments offer residents a variety of living options.
Each apartment includes a living area, kitchen, and bathrooms. There are single bedrooms for students to live alone, and double bedrooms to be shared with another student.
Because a kitchen is available in each apartment, the student meal plan is optional. You may choose to purchase meals in the cafeteria, or cook your own meals in the kitchen.
Meal plans are optional, and require an additional fee. Prices include basic utilities, internet access, local phone service, cable TV, email, and furnished rooms. Please note that these prices are estimates and may change at any time. Your housing price is not guaranteed until you have signed your license agreement. Payment is due upon arrival. No prepayment is required, but students should be prepared to make a full payment for their housing fees in cash, check, or money order when they check in.
To apply for Campus Village housing, please complete our online application form. Please download and print out the Fall 2009 Housing Documents. Make sure you have signed the documents. Then, mail them with a check or money order payable to SJSU Housing.
